Priyanka Chopra, who has proved her acting skills in Hollywood, has revealed the reason for leaving Bollywood after a long time.
According to Indian media reports, Priyanka Chopra has revealed in an interview that she never wanted to leave Bollywood, but she had to take this step under pressure.
The actress openly said that she never intended to leave Indian films, but she had to go out to find more interesting opportunities.
During the interview, a lot has been said about Priyanka Chopra’s transition from Bollywood to Hollywood and other fields.
She explained how and why this change came about, and this decision was made based on the opportunities that were available to her in India.
It should be remembered that after working in the Indian film industry for several years, Priyanka Chopra started working abroad and worked in several projects in Hollywood.
She said, “I don’t think I ever wanted to leave Bollywood. I felt restricted and pressured in Hindi films for many reasons, after which I was looking for opportunities that were interesting to me as an artist, and finally I started working in America.”
The actress is currently shooting for Rajamouli’s project in India while promoting her latest film, ‘The Bluff’, in New York.
However, the 43-year-old actress is happy that she has the freedom to choose and enjoys working back in her country.
She said, “I am really happy to be working in Varanasi again in India. I wouldn’t want to have to choose between the two because I enjoy working in both the industries. They are different in many ways, just like the cultures are different.”
