Ahmed Ali Akbar is a well-known and skilled Pakistani theater, television, and cinema actor who rose to prominence through blockbuster Pakistani drama serials such as Guzarish and Yeh Raha Dil. Fans enjoyed his partnership with Yumna Zaidi in both series. His other significant dramas include Mera Yaar Mila De, Phir Wohi Muhabbat, Nazo, Paiwand, Tajdeed E Wafa, Dusri Bivi, and Idiot. Ahmed Ali Akbar’s fame skyrocketed with the premiere of his hit drama series “Parizaad” on Hum TV in July 2021. Following the popularity of Parizaad, Ahmed Ali Akbar only starred in the drama series Idiot, which aired on Green Entertainment. He also made a feature film, Gunjal. Both projects had unique stories.
Speaking on his extended hiatus following the success of his blockbuster drama serial Parizaad, Ahmed Ali Akbar stated, “Parizaad was inside of me, so deeply intertwined into who I am, I had to shed some of Parizaad before I could communicate to others. It was a year-long shoot; you become part of the character, and the character becomes part of you! I wanted to take my time. “I needed a break.”
Speaking on Parizaad 2, Ahmed Ali Akbar remarked, “I recall Hashim Nadeem posting a tale on his official Instagram account. I also found out via his Instagram post. It will be difficult to get back into it. I mean, I simply read it once and I felt it. I’ll know whether I want to go back into it. Deep down inside, a part of me truly wants to go back, and I am really curious to see what his life would be like; let us see what Hashim Bhai concocts in his head; I am extremely intrigued, I have no clue.
