His character, Fazal Bakhsh, and his speech, Bhallay, won over everyone, and he is now an important element of the play. Ali Gul Mallah’s work spans three decades, giving him access to a wide range of opportunities. He had numerous opportunities that did not turn out, one of which involving Emraan Hashmi, a Bollywood star.
Ali Gul Mallah is a huge admirer of Nadeem Baig Sahab, and he stated on Ghazal Siddique’s podcast that he had the opportunity to work with him on a film that also included Emraan Hashmi. At the time, they signed Emraan for 20 lakh rupees, and many artists were involved in cross-border initiatives. The project, however, kept getting delayed since it was supposed to be shot in Dubai.
Finally, the film was so delayed that Emraan Hashmi’s salary had grown to 3 crore rupees, which was prohibitively expensive, and the picture was shelved and never released.
