Pakistani celebrities have long had a presence in Bollywood. From Zeba Bakhtyar to Mahira Khan, Saba Qamar, and Fawad Khan, a number of Pakistani celebrities have followed the Bollywood path and completed some excellent ventures. Since the BJP government’s restriction on Pakistani stars working there several years ago, stars have not been able to get work in India.
Faysal Quraishi claimed that he would never be able to work in Bollywood because of the way that people there treat Pakistanis. Citing an example from the previous administration, he claimed that despite the fact that Bilawal Zardari had made a step and been to India, the world had witnessed Indians’ contempt for our former foreign minister. So it is evident that he is ineligible to work there.
