Famous Indian comedian and actor Harsh Gujral reacts after being betrayed in love.

“Love is not easy, just understand this much — it’s like a river of fire, and you have to dive into it.” This well-known couplet sums up how falling in love may seem hard, but getting betrayed in love is unfortunately quite common.

Something similar happened to comedian and actor Harsh Gujral, who’s currently in the spotlight for his impressive performance on the OTT game show The Traitors.

At the same time, Harsh recently collaborated with Chitranshi Dhyani on a quirky music video titled “Cheater”, which has already crossed 2 million views on YouTube. Following the song’s popularity, both stars have been appearing in various interviews.

In a recent interview, Harsh shared his thoughts on betrayal, referencing the title of their song.

When asked, “If your partner cheated on you, what would your first reaction be — a slap or a silent breakup?”, Harsh gave a humorous reply:
“I’d slap myself and break up. Why should I slap the other person? Anyone who can cheat can also slap you back!”

In contrast, Chitranshi Dhyani had a different take. She said:
“I go completely silent. No anger, no yelling. The other person never even realizes something’s wrong. That’s probably why I’ve never had a real relationship!”

Harsh continued in a playful tone, adding,
“Even my silence is full of humor — that’s why people enjoy spending their lives laughing with me!”

Later, when asked what he’d do if an ex-girlfriend wanted to come back into his life, Harsh laughed and replied,
“I’d tell her to bring someone along so the three of us can play carrom together!”

He also revealed how the Cheater music video came about: he met Chitranshi during a stand-up comedy show, and after a brief chat, the two decided to collaborate in the future — leading to their recent project.

According to Harsh, when Chitranshi heard the song, she immediately said yes — and the entire music video was shot within just 15 days.

Speaking about the lyrics and title of the song, Harsh said that although “Cheater” may seem like it targets Gen Z, he believes people of all age groups will enjoy it.

For reference, Harsh Gujral and Chitranshi Dhyani’s song Cheater was released on June 29, 2025, and has already crossed 2 million views on YouTube.
