Senior actor Mohsin Gillani has revealed that actress Maham Aamir once slapped a well-known personality on a shooting set after they said something inappropriate.
Mohsin Gillani recently appeared in a podcast where he talked about his showbiz career, the current poor state of the entertainment industry, and the bad behavior of some actors.
He questioned why some actors and actresses work in the industry if they think it is so bad. He said that some actresses criticize the industry but still come to sets all dressed up with makeup, which he called hypocrisy.
While talking about problems that happen on sets, he said that sometimes people say wrong things, and in return, they get a strong reaction.
He then shared that during one such incident, Maham Aamir slapped a well-known person on set because of something unpleasant that was said.
He praised Maham Aamir and said she is not only sweet but also a brave girl. He added that her father is from Punjab.
According to him, the slap was so loud that its echo could be heard far and for a long time.
He said that when someone tries to say something bad or disrespectful, such slaps are the kind of response they get.
Mohsin Gillani did not reveal the name of the person who was slapped by Maham Aamir. He also did not share what exactly was said that made her react that way.
