After his wife and children were kicked out of the house yesterday, the statement of his brother Shams Nawabuddin Siddiqui has come out in this regard.
According to Indian media, he contacted Nawazuddin’s brother Shamsuddin and asked questions regarding the current situation of Alia Siddiqui and her children.
Shamsuddin said that his sister-in-law and children spent the last night at their relative’s house, but now the police are looking into the matter themselves and will allow Alia Nawaz and children to enter the house.
Answering the question regarding the ownership of the bungalow, he said that Nawazuddin had bought this bungalow only verbally in the name of his mother, no paperwork had been done, so legally Nawaz is still the owner of this bungalow. It is Al-Din.
In response to another question, he said that Alia tried to contact Nawazuddin, but she did not receive any response. He was allowed to enter the house alone and was strictly forbidden to refer to other people.
It should be noted that there are already disputes between Shamsuddin Siddiqui and Nawazuddin due to which both have stopped working together.
