Legendary film and television actor Qavi Khan passed away at the age of 80.
Senior actor Qavi Khan was undergoing treatment in Canada. He was born on November 13, 1942. He started his career in Pakistan Television in 1964. Actor Qavi was living in Canada with his son Adnan Qavi.
Speaking to Geo News, Adnan Qavi said that Qavi Khan’s funeral prayer and other details will be announced later. Actor Qavi was admitted to the hospital in ‘Vaan City Canada, and he started his career with Radio Pakistan, Qavi was also honored with the Pride of Performance and Lifetime Achievement Award.
Qavi acted in more or less 200 films. He acted in numerous TV, radio, and stage plays, Qavi was also awarded Nishan Imtiaz in recognition of his artistic services.
Regarding Qavi, actor Sohail Ahmed says that Qavi left the airport to go to Canada, he was like a father to me, I have never seen a self-sufficient man like Qavi.
