General elections are taking place in Pakistan today, February 8th, 2024. The last election was conducted in 2018, and the PTI won a strong majority to establish the government. The general elections are currently being arranged by the caretaker government, which is led by Anwar Ul Haq Kakkar. Pakistani population was eagerly awaiting the upcoming elections.
Pakistani citizens are excited about the elections, and the majority want to vote for their preferred candidates. Many Pakistani celebrities have voted, including Hamza Ali Abbasi, Ayeza Khan, Khalid Anam, Hina Bayat, Kashif Mehmood, Afzal Khan, Sahiba, Osman Khalid Butt, Mahira Khan, Nadia Hussain, Naveen Waqar, and others. Hina Bayat sent a special message to all Pakistanis, asking them to vote as soon as possible. Khalid Anam and Mishi Khan were also heavily involved in the election campaign.
