Senior actor and singer Yakub Atif Bulbla, who gained fame with the song ‘Zindagi Pani Da Bulbla’, passed away at the age of 78.
Yaqoob Atif Bulblah was ill for a long time, he suffered a stroke two years ago and was under treatment for the last two months due to ill health.
Yakub Atif Bulbla rose to fame overnight when he first sang ‘Zindagi Pani Da Bulbla’ in the 70s. He has been associated with showbiz for over 25 years.
In an old interview, Atif Bulblah said that it is the person of Allah Ta’ala who makes his life.
He further said that earlier they used to get 25 thousand rupees from the Punjab government, this amount was decreasing now it has been reduced to only 5 thousand rupees.
He mentioned the hardship and said that it is obvious that 5 thousand is a small amount and it is very difficult to spend in this amount.
It should be noted that the funeral prayer and burial of Yakub Atif Bulbla has been done in the graveyard of Garhi Shahu
